5. Refunds

All payments for access to the VerySupply platform are non-refundable once access has been granted.

However, in exceptional cases, customers may submit a refund request for management review. Requests must include a clear justification and will be considered at the sole discretion of the Company.

Refunds will not be granted in cases where there is evidence of:

• Unauthorized account sharing
• Data scraping or automation
• Breach of these Terms or the Software Agreement

6. Account Usage Restrictions

Platform access is granted only to licensed users within the subscribing company. Sharing access with external individuals, contractors, or companies is strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized use may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund.

7. Data Accuracy and Availability

VerySupply verifies buyers and sellers using official trade records, import/export documentation, and credit databases. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee real-time updates, completeness, or uninterrupted service.

Certain verification data may be delayed, restricted, or unavailable due to third-party reporting limitations. We do not accept liability for incomplete or outdated information.

8. Prohibited Automation and Scraping

Use of bots, scripts, or automated tools to extract or replicate platform data is strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to permanent account suspension without notice or refund.

9. User-Generated Content

Users may post comments, reviews, or feedback on the site. Such content does not reflect the views of VerySupply. We reserve the right to monitor, edit, or remove any content deemed inappropriate, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.

10. Commercial Terms and Agreement Priority

If you are a paying customer, your use of our platform is also governed by the Software Subscription Agreement. In case of any conflict between that Agreement and these Terms, the Software Subscription Agreement will prevail.

Our website may include links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of use of any third-party sites.

12. Privacy

For information on how we collect, store, and use data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

13. Age and Business Use
